"I suffered two decades with what I assumed was stress-related constipation and undiagnosed IBS, and I did not want to receive an IBS diagnosis for fear that it would open up a can of worms that includes significantly regulating my lifestyle. The cleanse was amazing and basically allowed me to experience what it is like to be 90%+ symptom free.

As I worked with Dr. Emily to carefully track my diet in a way that identified which foods triggered me, I was able to deal with the disappointment of having to give up certain foods, step by step.

I would have never had the insight or the discipline to do this on my own, but working Dr. Emily makes me feel like I am transforming my awareness about what I eat and how food affects me.
